The customer service representatives, from more than 31 nationalities, are the main and most important contact point between the customers, prospective customers, and the company. Within the Customer Service Department you will be the most important interface between customer and the company, and you ensure that all questions and inquiries are handled adequately. You provide this service by phone, fax or email. This service is responsible for after-sales issues, technical and products subjects and general questions.
HELP, my vehicle broke down!!
A special department helps customers who are needing roadside assistance. Unfortunately breakdowns also happen with this great brand, all day every day around the world. This means that you will be working in early shifts, middle late shifts, late shifts and night shifts. Working in these shift means happy customers and for you maybe a step closer to buying one of this companies cars because they offer a great shift allowance. Remember, it is not funny when your car breaks down. 2 minutes can feel like 2 hours so you have to be calm and respond quickly within this position!
Native?
You will help the customers in their native language, therefor we are looking for super friendly people who have great knowledge of their country, culture and geography. At the moment we are hiring for FRANCE, BENELUX (Dutch-French-English) and GERMANY. Do you speak another language and you are interested please also apply!
