What kind of task you will execute ?

As a Customer Support Specialist joining a newly acquired company you will be responsible for quote entry, order enter and other customer facing activities to create an exceptional customer experience.

Responsible for reviewing and implementing , maintaining EDI application requirements

Responsibilities

•            Develops electronic interfaces to facilitate the exchange of transactions.

•            Maintains EDI systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

•            Communicates with trade partners and vendors regarding connectivity, testing, and transaction statistics.

•            Ensures that transactions are in compliance

•            Organizes transaction flows between internal systems.

•            Documents transaction maps and flows and can troubleshoots issues

•            Develop necessary data source structures to support edi transactions.

What do they need from you?

Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of three years of related experience is preferred.
Offcource you have SAP experience
Experience with MS Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Business fluency in English (and a second: Native German/Italian/Portugees) needed.
You are available to start in June
