Job Description
ARCA is a brand new restaurant and bar concept by two Michelin starred Portuguese chef, Henrique sa Pessoa, and is opening its doors this autumn!
ARCA means chest in Portuguese. The story behind this is an idea of a historic voyage. Henrique has created a unique menu focusing on the trading routes of Portugal, incorporating traditional dishes with a modern twist using Asian flavours and spices. We are looking for the jewels in our chest to help unlock the ARCA brand.

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager:

Who will head the Hotel's Food & Beverage department ensuring the team and whole operation are focused on delivering truly memorable experiences
Who will drive the commercial performance of F&B by growing sales, promoting events and developing new concepts/menus – while effectively managing costs, stocks and suppliers
Who will be a passionate advocate of our F&B offering, and a visible, hands-on leader who promotes an empowering culture within the team
Who will also play as a department head a direct role in the overall management of the Hotel
Who shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
Who has a passion for hospitality
With previous experience as Food & Beverage Manager in a restaurant with the highest standard of service
