We are looking for a creative individual to bring their authentic self to inspire unforgettable moments within a contemporary hotel and restaurant brand. Park Plaza Eindhoven is a flagship PPHE hotel opening over 30 years ago as our first PPHE hotel.

About the role
As Hotel Manager for Park Plaza Eindhoven you will be ultimately responsible for the day to day running, strategic long term planning & success of the hotel. You will ensure guests are satisfied by delivering a personalized high standard of guest service. You are an ambassador for the brand and your hotel. You provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction. You work very closely with various stakeholders.

As an inspiring leader to our management team, you are able to create and maintain positive and productive relationships on every level. By supporting others to learn and develop, you ensure that everyone can achieve their full potential.

Job Requirements
Your responsibilities

Achieve hotel objectives in revenue, profit, market insights, guest satisfaction and employee engagement;
Ultimately responsible for realising the estimated budget by optimising the product and service offered;
Control the efficiency, productivity and the profitability by drawing up plans and concept budgets (revenue, costs, and sales actions);
Creates a welcoming atmosphere and personalised service for each individual external and internal guest having an eye for detail and responding appropriately to guest, colleague and leadership feedback;
Engages with colleagues and guests & providers i.e. confidently relaying hotel facilities or internally held meetings, consistently exhibiting appropriate service behaviour business;
Provides Leadership through leading by example, clearly communicating both operational & strategic information, ongoing customer feedback, ensuring team members are trained & developed, empowering hotel team and providing an inspiring service culture through briefings, team meetings, allocation of resources, IT platforms, handovers and management of the team;
Responsible for efficient and safe working methods and procedures, training of these methods and procedures and checks at random;
Develops, implements and adheres to strategic business plan, budgets and investment plans according to the annual business planning guidelines, working with key stakeholders;
Fully understands and manages all contractual relations between Park Plaza Hotels and the shareholders and secure that all obligations are met;
To create and drives valuable memories for our guests and value for our assets.
Drives the use of contactless service through the hotel.
