This Vauxhall XE is available in 38mm and 42mm sizes and is port matched to the cylinder head, no additional manifold is required. With the throttle blade very close to the inlet valve the engine response is lightening quick. The 38mm version is optimum for 2.0 engines running below 230bhp, and the 42mm version is ideal for 2.3litre heavily modified engines upto and including 300bhp.

This DTH ITB system will fit C20XE powered cars such as Cavalier SRi, Calibra 2.0, Astra GSi, XE conversions and Kit Cars. Pictures shown with 42mm version using 100mm long tapered extensions and 50mm diameter, 60mm long ram pipes. All AT Power Throttle Bodies are made from highly attractive billet machined aluminium housings. The Throttle Body assembly includes Billet Fuel Rail, Complete Stainless Steel Linkage fully assembled to the throttles as standard, Universal TPS output shaft and a range of TPS adaptor plates. They are shipped fully assembled and ready to fit straight to the engine. The Throttle Body is factory balanced and calibrated to a set idle condition.
