We are now looking for a Portfolio Marketeer to help strengthen our marketing hot tea team in the Netherlands, Belgium and France, based in the Netherlands. This is an exciting opportunity for you to work in an international context in a developing part of Unilever Food Solutions.You will be responsible for the UFS tea portfolio working together with the local team to maintain the current portfolio and Global marketing team on portfolio innovations and renovations. Main AccountabilitiesGeneral:- Local category knowledge and understanding- Track category performance and develop and implement corrective actions- Work closely together with local Operator Conversion Teams on portfolio activities - Join key decision meetings with the operator groups and leadership teams locallyPortfolio marketing:- Local portfolio management, 7 P’s- Lead mix development for innovations and renovations - Local input for category strategy- Strategic pricing: implement and track pricing in market and take corrective actions as appropriate.- Trouble shootingInterface with cluster:- Global projects.- Interface with Artwork Excellence Group.- Manage portfolio and category marketing routine tasks.
Functie-eisen
