The company that you will be working for is specialized in offering internationally recognized certification programs for ICT-related competences and skills.
As a Customer Success Representative you will:
• Be responsible for exceptional support to customers, partners, candidates and colleagues
• Support sales managers reaching the sales targets with existing partners and prospects by guiding prospects to become partners, follow leads provided by the sales managers and cross- & upsell with existing partners
• Understand and analyze the customer’s wishes, questions, and issues and translate those into solutions. (operational support);
• Administrative tasks such as digitalizing exams and attendance lists and handling financial processes
The offer:
You will receive a 7-month contract to start with (intention of long-term employment), directly at the company. A monthly gross salary of 2500€ is awaiting you for this role, plus full travel cost reimbursement if you travel via train and 0,19€ per km if you travel by car.
Our wishlist:
-Â (near-)native speaker of Portuguese plus excellent English skills, both written and spoken
-Â You have either lived and/or worked in Brazil for at least three years
-Â Higher vocational education (equivalent to HBO or higher)
-Â At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment
-Â You MUST have a valid work permit for the Netherlands (please state this clearly on your CV) and you live near Utrecht
-Â You have a customer-oriented and commercial mindset
