Job Description
We are recruiting for a Project Manager (PM) for our Heavy Vehicle and Off-Road business unit. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary project team on developing new products and implementing changes to existing products. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, according automotive standards. You are the link between all disciplines involved in our projects and is delivering an important contribution to the success of our business. In your daily work, you will be working with an international team on the development of new products and on changes to existing products. Communication is key and you will be traveling to our customers, suppliers or production locations from time to time. We are looking for candidates to support our Product Management Team, who have experience in the Automotive Industry, a technical background, experience in project management and excellent communication skills.
Position Responsibilities:
Leading international project teams
Planning, monitoring and implementing projects to meet organizational goals
Creating business cases for new products
Execution of projects within given time limits and budget constraints
Providing periodical status updates to our management
Periodical alignment with the customer
Job Requirements
Position Requirements:
Bachelor in Engineering is required. Masters in Management or an MBA is preferred
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a high-technology environment
PMI certificate or good knowledge of project management methods
Knowledge of Microsoft Project software
Excellent knowledge of the English language, preferably also German
Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
