As Front Office Manager you are the hub in 'Rooms'. You motivate and guide your colleagues; you ensure that all reservations and arrivals of the guest are received with the greatest smile. In addition, you are the first point of contact of the supervisor of the night-auditors and the supervisor(s) of the reception. As a member of the management team you report directly to the General Manager. You will get the opportunity to take on the 'leadership role' and make it yours. Main tasks and responsibilities as Front Office Manager


Managing, guiding, inspiring and training employees
Setting up, optimizing and guaranteeing work and quality procedures, as well as periodically carrying out checks on this
Partly take care of realizing the budgeted results/occupation percentages of the hotel, for example by applying (and optimizing) up- and cross-selling
Implementation of the total personnel policy including:
Drafting/approval of schedules
Ensure optimal staffing
Recruitment, selection, appointment and introduction of (new) employees;
Conducting appraisal interviews
Training, guiding and motivating employees
