1965 Chrysler Newport – Pro Stock style!
This is a wild looking MOPAR!
It’s not a real racecar, it has the l@@ks and sound, the paint job is drivers quality , but the color-combination and ‘stance’ makes it feel like the old Pro Stock days.
It has a custom interior, new racing seats and most meters on the instrument panel are working.
It’s a nice driver, steering feels tide and the brakes work fine. Even the shocks are in good working order.
The engine (1968 383cid engine nr. 2468130) is dressed with Edelbrock aircleaner, 4 barrel Edelbrock 1406 carb, high rise single plane intake from Edelbrock, MSD blaster coil, electronic MOPAR (orange) ECU ignition and a custom aluminum radiator.
The transmission (Torqueflite 727) shift’s firm without hesitation.
We serviced the engine, put the carb. In a ultrasonic bath, put new needles in it, new spark plugs, oil, set the ignition and it’s ready to go!
