For our client, one of the biggest players in cloud based supply chain management software, we are looking for an account manager! The U.S. based company is expanding in Europe, and is looking to set up a new office in Amsterdam. You, along with a number of other employees will help set up the Amsterdam location, along with the accounts that come with it.
The company specializes in cloud based solutions that help streamline the retail experience of customers and companies alike. In order to sell and explain the services, affinity with technology is very important for you, as a technical account manager.
In this hybrid role you will be responsible for a large variety of tasks. One moment you are answering questions about the solutions your company provides, the other you manage to close a business deal and renew the contract with one of your existing clients!
More specifically, as an account manager you will, amongst others:
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, through regular contact;
Collaborate with international colleagues (not only in Europe, but also in the U.S.) in order to satisfy customer needs and objectives;
Provide excellent service to the customers.

Who are you, as the perfect account manager?
You speak German on a near native level, and English fluently;

You are assertive, and a real problem-solver!
