Klanten van het bedrijf bevinden zich met name in de professionele AV markt, de evenementen techniek en de onderwijs- en ICT markt. In deze markten zijn zij een onderscheidende aanbieder van kwalitatief hoogwaardige en innovatieve montagesystemen voor projectoren, (interactieve) monitoren, video walls etc. Naast standaard oplossingen ontwikkelen zij ook eigen R&D afdeling maatwerkoplossingen.

Job Description
Do you want to work at a company where they like to think along with you about your ambitions? For a company in the industrial area of Culemborg we are looking for an assembly worker for the production department! For a salary of at least €12,- you are involved in assembling electrical and mechanical components/end products.

Think of a floor, wall or ceiling solution on which, for example, a TV screen will be hung. Do you sometimes watch the news and don't you think, how can those big screens hang there? Who knows, the next project might be for you!

You start your day at 07:00 and start with the preparations, or you come 15 minutes earlier to have a nice coffee with your colleagues.

What will your day look like?
With the help of a drawing instruction, which you receive from the team leader, you will put together your project. First of all, you look at which components you need and, together with the reach truck driver, you prepare your supplies. Then you will inspect the equipment, installations and material and check whether they are correct.

When all components have been checked, you start the execution based on your instruction. Your work:

Assembling electronic and (precision) mechanical components;
Adjusting parts
Assembling end products
Repairing, overhauling and modifying components and end products
Packing and packing

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone who wants to work for the longer term and who likes to think along about processes. What else is important?

You master the Dutch and English language;
Optimal use of materials and tools;
Good knowledge of assembly techniques and the production process;
Being able to work from working drawings/instructions.

Salary and Benefits

It is a young and dynamic team, on average the age is between 20 and 30 years young. The company thinks it is important that you feel at home, because you work together for a full-time working week. Everyone gets together every Tuesday and Thursday, both production and warehouse employees to talk about processes that could be improved and, of course, what is going well!
