The Junior ABM role :
- Lead Projects (European projects and Global projects roll-out) with cross-functional team with or without the support of the Senior ABM depending on the size/complexity of the projects
- Accountable for the analysis of brand performance and brand health in key countries by constantly evaluating performance of regional support activities against measurable objectives in key countries. This includes undertaking post launch evaluations and applying learnings.
- Assist the team on the implementation of Portfolio transformation.
- Expand our e-commerce and digital footprint.

In the position of Assistant Brand Manager for the brands CIF & Domestos you have a unique opportunity to work on 2 very Purposeful Brands, recognized by Unilever CEO as 2 of the most purposeful brands within Unilever and to lead a portfolio transformation to tackle Clean Choice emergency across Europe and globally : move our portfolio to Recycled plastic, work on disruptive refill systems, clean choice our formulations to get rid of the nasties , move out of black carbon and for some countries get ecolabel certification. Very exciting time and high agenda with great exposure within EU and Global teams and of course great autonomy for the ABM.

Skills you should have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Project Management
- Understanding of cusumers and shoppers
- Monitors progress & takes action
- Core aspects underpinning all skills: Creativity, Empathy, Obsession with brands & consumers, Sense of Aesthetics, Analytical Thinking & Rigour.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in brand management - experience in brand Building desirable.
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams in medium/complex innovation projects desirable.
- Master Degree within Marketing or Business Administration
