De Bavaria 45 is een ideaal schip welke helaas heeft geleden onder de waterschade en daarom een refit nodig heeft. Hij staat sinds 2016 op de wal en wordt door tijdgebrek verkocht. De boot is drooggemaakt en leeggehaald. Het schip staat geregistreerd op de British Virgin Islands.
Dit schip heeft een perfecte indeling.
Eigenaars hut, twee achterhutten en een ruime salon. De Eigenaar hut heeft een aparte douchecabine en badkamer voorzien van wastafel en toilet. De beide achterhutten zijn uitgerust met een eigen badkamer voorzien van wastafel, douche en toilet. Alle toiletten zin uitgevoerd met zwart watertank.
Stahoogte salon is 2,05 m.
Dit schip heeft af-fabriek veel extra opties, onder andere twee elektrische lieren, stuurautomaat, Garmin navigatie met twee displays, drie zeilen - groot, staksel en gennaker, reddingsvlot, epirb.
Bijbootje met motor Yamaha 2,5 en watermaker zij ook aanwezig.Â
Door een kapotte seacock heeft het schip geleden onder de waterschade en een deel van de apparatuur is niet meer te gebruiken. Zout water stond ongeveer half meter in de boot. Alle elektrische apparatuur die onder dit niveau stond is kapot. Accu, mastervolt, airco, boegschroef, koelkastmotor, kookplaat enzovoort.

1. What is the reason that the boat has sunk?
The reason that the boat sunk was the corrosion of seacock valve in the portside toilet. It happened during the winter stay in the marina. Now all new through-hull fittings and seacocks are purchased and ready for installation.
2. Engine: is the engine running ok. / has the engine been underwater?
The engine was partially underwater. But after the water was pumped out the emergency engine repair was done including replacement electronic board, alternator and starter motor, replacing oil and filters. All this enabled to move the boat to other marina under the motor. After this the motor was removed, all engine spare parts and sail drive where disconnected. Now all new engine spare parts are purchased and connected. It remains only to install the engine.
3. Are the electrics working?
All electrics now are disconnected and disembarked: the batteries, battery charger, inverter, AIS, air conditioning units, hot water boiler, refrigerator, watermaker. The watermaker was send to the factory in Naples and totally repaired. Now it is ready for installation.
4. Is there damage to the hull?
No damages. The hull is in very good condition.
5. Are the seat cushions available?
All seat cushions are available. But some of them do not look very good
6. Is the cabin flooring available?
Yes, the cabin flooring is available, it is in very good condition and need only to be fix.
7. is the rigging present and working?
Yes, all rigging parts are present and working like new
8. Are the sails present and working?
Yes, the sails (the main sail with Lazy Jack and Lazy Bag, the Genova sail and Gennaker) are in good condition and now are stored by a sailing master
9. Are the rudders and steering present and ok?
The rudders and steering are present and ok
10. It says? It cannot be sailed? Why not?
After installing the main engine, electric cables and units, sail drive, bow thruster, through-hull fittings and connections the boat can be launched and cab sail. Now it is stored at the
