Rebuild of a 1991 R80 RT (original picture included)
Work done:
- Complete Engine rebuild with new gaskets, new clutch etc.
- Siebenrock Zylinder Kit for 1000cc installed
- New Frame for Cafe Racer custom brown leather seat
- New Exhaust System
- New Lithium Battery
- New Air Intake and replacement of old air intake cover
- Ignition installed in the new air intake cover
- New Triple clamp for front fork
- New Clamp on handle bars
- New LED Blinkers front and back
- New LED Headlight
- Installed Heat wrap
- Leather pouch
- New fuel hose with fuel filter
- I still have all original pieces so you can fully build it back if you like.
This has been a passion project of mine and I absolutely love the way the bike turned out. Many many hours in the garage tinkering and planning how to build this bike and then putting it into reality. Most pieces were bought at SE-Performance in Germany and are therefore all TUV complient. It only has about 500 km on it since the rebuild.
I unfortunately have to sell the bike because I am moving and cant take it with.
