The Blue Spirit 10.5 Cabin is designed for multipurpose use in inland and coastal waters. Designed for the roughest situations, giving the best protection for crew and users during harsh conditions, giving a fast and save ride over inland and coastal waters.
WELDING FOR ALUMINUM CABIN:
The hull and superstructure shall be constructed of marine grade aluminium and MIG/TIG welded throughout. All weld seams in the hull shall be welded 100%, both interior and exterior. All welding shall be performed in accordance with the ISO 15614-2 and ISO 9606-2 procedure qualifications.
MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Casco hull has been made of ALMg 4.5- ref DIN 1725-ISO, ALMg 4.5Mn0.7, AA code 5083, EN code AW 5083 D 54S, seawater resistant H 111, and 6082 for the bottom part.
Cabin plating: 5 (millimetres)
CASCO HULL:
· 4 pieces lifting points that will be provided on the hull.
· Wheelhouse om main deck level with 270-degree visibility
· Extended wheelhouse area for rescuing passengers and cargo facilities or combined configuration
· Open aft deck space for dedicated patrol/rescue duties.
· At bow one bollard and transom two bollards have been installed.
· At the port and starboard side 2 cleats each will be installed.
· Deck is self-bailing.

FENDER:
1670 dtex hypalon neoprene fender incl. single rubbing strake/
5 chambers. Each chamber has a valve and overpressure valve.
WHEELHOUSE:
The wheelhouse is provided with safety glass windows all around as per GA drawing.
The wheelhouse is provided with an aft entrance and front escape door.
2 pcs heavy duty suspended helm seats for pilot, navigator. All walls and ceiling are fitted with sound and thermos insulation and easy to clean surface.
Inside the wheelhouse a full wide steering and navigation console is provided with space for all board equipment consoles and communication / navigation equipment, together with the steering and engines controls. Window wipers and fresh water-spraying system for front windows are standard.
On aft deck an aluminum canopy frame with canvas sheet will be installed, to protect cargo/people from heavy rain. (Optional)
ENGINE ROOM:
The engine room is provided with fire retarding sound insulation. A fixed automatic fire-fighting system with heat/smoke sensor will be installed.
Complete engine is painted in white colour. And made for easy maintenance activities. Entrance via hatch in large hatches. This double deck hatch is watertight and made for quick exchange of engines if needed.
The engine room is having fresh air ventilation.
TANKS:
Stainless steel fuel tanks with total capacity of 2 x 200 litre
All completed with gauges.
MAST:
On the cabin-roof a marine grade aluminium mast will be installed. The mast can carry the following items: GPS antenna, VHF antenna. Optional: radar dome, navigation lights, optional night vision cameras, flagpole and bleu flashlight.
DECK:
The deck (aft-front) is made of grp anti slip. The deck is used as large working platform suitable for all sorts of patrol activities. The complete deck is having a safety railing all around with removable stainless-steel cables at port and starboard (Optional)
Both deck spaces will have deck lighting (LED), which can be operated at the steering console in the wheelhouse cabin. (Optional)
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM OVERVIEW:
The vessel’s electrical system shall be 12 and 24 VDC, and 220V/50HZ given by on-board generator, or shore power cable, when attached.
All electrical cables shall be labelled for each circuit.
Cables should be routed in wire ways wherever possible.
Wherever exposed to potential damage, cables shall be protected with rubber.
Electrical cable shall be sized in accordance with the ISO 9001 and 14001.
All electrical cables shall be marked in accordance with the markings in electrical drawings.
All electrical system shall be grounded. In any case the hull shall not be used as part of a galvanic feeding loop.
ELECTRICAL ACCESSORIES:
12V breaker panels – 6 positions.
Navigation lights installed with transom light on cabin. All navigation lights according to international rules and regulations.
Install 2 electrical bilge pumps with auto float switches.
3 maintenance free batteries with sufficient capacity: 1 + 1 for engine start (each), 1 for DC on board systems. Parallel switches will be installed, to ease operations in case of one or more battery failure.
4 x battery power switches.
Led cabin lights (6 pcs) white and red combined.
12-volt socket standard version and USB version (1x)
Shore power charger system (Optional)
MAIN ENGINE:
Twin Yanmar 240hp 4LHA240 and ZF gearbox on silent blocks, coupled to shaft and fixed Alamarine 230 waterjets
Hydraulic steering with twin rudders-one hydraulic piston-redundant hydraulic pumps, one on each gearbox PTO, will be installed.
These engines should comply the latest regulation regarding emissions and fuel consumption.
STEERING GEAR:
The boat will be equipped with heavy-duty servo electrical hydraulic power steering gear to rudder unit.
FUEL SYSTEM:
1 sets large pre-fuel filters/ water separators per engine set. Pre-Fuel filter also for generator.
Vents and side filling station

NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT:
· A magnetic compass is positioned next to the helmsman’s seat in compliance with lay-out specifications. Including back lighting.
· A GPS Chartography system Raymarine is installed.

COMMUNICATION SYSTEM/RADIO:
The radio equipment, comprising the unit listed below, connects to the 12V circuit, and is in the wheelhouse.
All equipment are first class EU or US or Japan brands.
· VHF Raymarine with foldable antennas is fitted on the wheelhouse top.
Optional navigation and communication equipment on request.
COATING HULL AND SUPERSTRUCTURE:
The complete hull has been coated gelcoat protective marine coating; this coating will provide a correction protection. Colours and painting light grey-white.
The standard antifouling will made with 2-component coating.
Exterior graphics, striping, lettering, and logos under subject of client choice.
