Hilton The Hague ligt in het historische Mesdag Kwartier, in een rustige omgeving en centraal gelegen in het oude stadcentrum. De omgeving wordt gekarakteriseerd door de vele ambassades. Daarnaast zijn de parlementsgebouwen en ministeries op loopafstand van het hotel gesitueerd.Hilton The Hague is een vijfsterren hotel wat beschikt over 195 zeer luxueuze kamers van minimaal 31m² en hiermee de ruimste in Den Haag. Er zijn verschillende kamers beschikbaar, zoals “long-stay†kamers inclusief kitchenette, Deluxe rooms, Executive rooms en 45 suites waaronder Junior Suites, Royal Suite en Presidential Suite.
Hilton Den Haag is gevestigd in het voormalige hoofdkantoor van de Nederlandse post en heeft naast ruime hotel kamers ook restaurant Pearl en bar SPARK met een terras aan het water. Ze hebben een 24-uurs fitnesscentrum, Executive lounge en een veelzijdige vergaderruimte.
Job Description
We are looking for a Cluster Marketing Executive for our properties Hilton The Hague and Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen!
As Cluster Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for increasing the market shares, revenues and visibility of Hilton in our corporate, meeting and leisure markets through strategic marketing. Furthermore, you will be focusing on e-commerce, public relations and revenue streams of in-house guests. More specifically, the tasks that you will be performing to the highest standards include:
Actively reporting to the Cluster Commercial Director;Developing and executing of hotel Marketing and PR plan in line with hotel and outlet positioning;Maximizing our online presence on social media and all other online channels;Planning and organizing corporate/MICE events for specific target groups;Ensuring promotional material is developed for all our markets and in-house guests;Being highly involved in developing and tracking communication, activity plans, marketing plans and budgets;Maximizing marketing opportunities for several Hilton programs;Proactively analyze market trends;Work closely together with sales and the food and beverage teams to devise marketing actions and promotions;Developing and sustaining relations with all potential partners for packages and promotions;Actively seeking and maximizing local PR opportunities and exposure;Assisting your team where needed.
Job Requirements
We believe a successful Cluster Marketing Executive has the following characteristics:
Demonstrated previous experience in a marketing role;Creative in both marketing related activities and problem solving;Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and trends;Excellent communication skills;Ability to work in a cluster environment dealing with various stakeholders and managing priorities;The ability to quickly adapt to different market segments, situations and working environments;Excellent organizational and planning skills.A full professional proficiency of both the Dutch and English language.
You will have an advantage for this position when you have significant knowledge of Hilton and its hotel management systems.
