The company you will be working for is highly investing in their employees and they are distributing medical products and biotechnology. Your working location will be Mijdrecht (between Amsterdam and Utrecht).
As a Customer Service Specialist you will:
-Â Process orders, returns and claims
-Â Be the first point of contact for our clients for all questions they might have
- Keep an overview of the products’ prices and special offers
-Â Work closely together with your colleagues in other departments such as sales, supply chain and shared service center
-Â Take care of credit management and invoices
Our ideal candidate:
-Â Minimum MBO/HBO education, preferably in business administration, supply chain or similar
- You speak both Dutch AND English on an excellent level
-Â You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and order management
-Â You are available for 30-32 hours per week and are flexible in the days on which you work
-Â You have good Microsoft office skills and are experienced with stakeholder management
The offer:
We offer you a monthly salary of 3500-4200€ gross per month and a contract from now until the end of July 2019 (with a possibility to get prolonged) via Randstad. Moreover you will be working in an enthusiastic team and an open work environment.
