Randstad Multilingual is now looking for a Dutch and German speaker for a Customer service position. This company is a Dutch interior brand that now has over 600 sales points worldwide. They aim to make every house warm and inviting.
The tasks
From their headquarters in Amsterdam, you will be responsible for communication with Dutch, German and English customers. You might answer inquiries related to shipment, products, warranty, etc. You will have to handles these in a time matter and according to the values and processes of the company.
The offer
You will get a first 7 months contract directly with the company. The salary is around 2600€-2800€ gross per month, and full travel compensation. You can also expect great discounts on their products, a special Holiday box for Christmas and discounts on lunch catering.
The office is located in the industrial neighborhood of Amsterdam Westpoort and is easily accessible by bus from Sloterdijk station. Start date is at the beginning of February.
The requirements
- You speak Dutch, English AND German on a fluent or (near) native level.
- You have 1 year or plus experience in a similar position.
- Experience within the retail industry is a plus.
- Experience with Unit 4, Magento and Retail Vision Enterprise is a plus.
- You have a proactive and multi-tasking mindset.
- Ideally, you live in the areas of Amsterdam West, Haarlem, Zaandam
