Your responsibilities

You will head the Hotel's Food & Beverage department, including all outlets and our destination restaurant Carstens, ensuring the team and whole operation are focused on delivering truly memorable experiences.
We want you to drive the commercial performance of F&B by growing sales, promoting events and developing new concepts/menus – while effectively managing costs, stocks and suppliers.
You will be a passionate advocate of our F&B offering, and a visible, hands-on leader who promotes an empowering culture within your team.
As a Department Head, you will also play a direct role in the overall management of the Hotel.

You are a true expert in wines, as sommelier or with a SWEN I/II certification
You build strong confidence in fine dining & banqueting, as (assistant) F&B Manager in an upscale hotel for at least 2 years
