As a food production employee you are responsible for the production process. While operating the machine, you check that everything is running smoothly. Does the machine run well and are there no faults? Then it is satisfying for you! You also check the food and packaging. Is your shift over? Then you ensure that the next shift has a tidy and clean workplace.
