Ford Zetec Throttle Bodies Assembly Direct to Head

This Zetec 45mm Throttle Body is port matched with an oval throttle plate. This is a direct mounting to the cylinder head so no additional manifold is required. With the throttle blade very close to the inlet valve the engine response is significantly increased. There are two versions available, the 1.8/2.0 "silver top" or "black top" Zetec-E and the ST170 engines.
When using 45mm extensions, pico injectors are recommended to allow for the airfilter backplate clearance. If using pico injectors, you can still use a 70mm or 100mm extension if you wish. Blacktop Zetec top feed injectors are also useable with this system, as well as the standard 988F-9B989 throttle position sensor. This DTH ITB system will fit Zetec powered cars such as Ford Focus, Caterhams and Kit Cars.

All AT Power Throttle Bodies are made from highly attractive billet machined aluminium housings. The Throttle Body assembly includes Billet Fuel Rail, Complete Stainless Steel Linkage fully assembled to the throttles as standard, Universal TPS output shaft and a range of TPS adaptor plates. They are shipped fully assembled and ready to fit straight to the engine. The Throttle Body is factory balanced and calibrated to a set idle condition.
