De vacature
Je begint de dag met een kopje koffie en neemt contact op met de Sales Director Europe om je doelen voor de week te bepalen en te kijken welke nieuwe klanten we kunnen helpen. Vervolgens rijd je met je auto naar een (potentiële) klant voor een consult. Je doorloopt verschillende implementatiefasen, variërend van workshops over bedrijfsprocessen, pilots in conferentieruimtes, testen van units, training, gebruikersacceptatietesten, cut-over-strategieën, datamigratie en Go Live-Support. Na het gesprek met de klant is het belangrijk om te kijken of er updates zijn van je collega's, misschien kun je een collega in Dubai nog bereiken voordat hij het kantoor verlaat (aangezien het 2 uur later is). Als je thuis bent aangekomen ga je door je mail om zien of je een reactie hebt gekregen van een andere potentiële klant, hopelijk kan je het product of de reikwijdte van het project demonstreren en een coole POC doen.
