Small NAS/Server for sale.
Used this myself until I needed larger capacity.
4 Disk hotswapable raid on front, OS disk can be placed inside.
Can be used with Serial console or GPU I give with it (to install OS and all on disk and setup raid later from OS)
Basic specs:
E3-1230v3
16GB DDR3 ECC
LSI RAID (9361-4i) with CVM (battery cache backup)
Dual ETH 1GB
Serial console redirection enabled
Video onboard comes from CPU, so no video onboard available since E3 cpu (reason for added GPU with this).
It is perfect for running ESXi with PCI passthrough or use it with Docker. For freenas I would recommend not using the RAID.
I personally ran ESXi 6.5 free and used PCI passthrough to attach raid to a Windows 10 machine, with backup to backblaze on there.
Next to that there were a bunch of other VM's for fun and education.
Server is sold without any disks, if needed, can provide small OS ssd with.
