What to expect from us Your main responsibilities will be to manage, implement, deploy and configure Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business. You will ensure the security and privacy compliance of Microsoft 365 services, including managing access controls, configuring security policies, and implementing compliance standards While monitoring and analyzing the usage and performance of Microsoft 365 services, you identify issues and troubleshoot them as needed You will develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for managing Microsoft 365 services You collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure Microsoft 365 services are integrated and aligned with business needs and objectives You keep up to date on the latest Microsoft 365 technologies and trends and provide guidance and recommendations to IT leadership on potential opportunities and risks What you bring to the table You have a successfully completed degree in computer science, information technology or a comparable qualification You have relevant work experience in managing Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business With your knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features, as well as your experience implementing security policies, managing access controls, and enforcing compliance standards, no one can fool you You have experience with monitoring and analysis in the use and performance of Microsoft 365 services.
