For the largest multinational technology company in the world we are looking for a Marketing Specialist. As a Marketing Specialist in the Ads Marketing team you will help shape the voice of the advertising products by working with senior marketeers and internal and external sales teams to educate and build meaningful marketing programs for clients. Programs will have a strong focus on retail and export where we help grow the international footprint of Northern Europe businesses.
We are looking for a person that is capable of executing projects and strategic marketing programs successfully, while always keeping an eye on measuring your success!. You will be working in the Amsterdam office with a team of 20+ marketers from across the company. You will be a member of the wider Northern Europe Ads Marketing team.
Tasks & responsibilities
Be the link between Mid Market Programs and marketing, sales and product specialists to align communication towards end-clients;You will be the catalyst between the sales team in Dublin and the clients in Northern Europe, both organising events for 50-200 clients and supporting sales teams to reach targets;Analyze and report on the impact of campaigns;Support teams to ensure that events are high-quality, on brand and logistically sound.
You’ll need to be both a thinker as well as a doer. You will need strategic planning capabilities to analyse data and execute programs for growing medium sized businesses across all Northern Europe markets.

What do we expect from you?
Mandatory Demonstrated performance, ownership and initiative in prior roles, with high levels of responsibility and independence;Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;Team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to align your own team’s objectives to the goals of others;BA/BS degree is preferred with a strong academic record;Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Dutch are required;Experience with different disciplines of digital marketing preferred.
What can you expect from us?
The gross monthly wage for this position is € 3.250,- based on 40 hours;8,33% holiday allowance;Travel allowance;Your salary paid every two weeks on Wednesday;Access to the Adecco Academy;Pension scheme: after 26 weeks worked you will participate in our Adecco pension fund.
