We are looking for an Operations Management Trainee:

Who offers a warm welcome to all, shows passion and offers genuinely personalised service.
Who is willing to add the extra Park Plaza touch, you will build up knowledge of the local area, its amenities, and tourist attractions. To our guests, you will be a trusted guide for making the most of their stay.
Who listens to the requests of guests, is passionate about exceeding their expectations and is happy to help colleagues when needed and to stretch to meet new challenges and different ways of working
Who will work closely with the leaders in all departments to keep operations running smoothly and to ensure our guest experience is co-ordinated and feels seamless.
Who supports the operational department heads with their management tasks such as supporting the administration, setting up departmental schedules, performing quality checks.

Who has a passion for hospitality.
Who is available from February 2022 on, for a minimum of 5 months
