I am selling my sailing boat model 'Piewiet 700' from the Dutch manufacturer 'van der Rest'.
I only bought the boat myself in 2020. Unfortunately, however, I don't have the time (anymore) to use it and take care of it properly.
The boat has been in winter storage ashore in Lelystad / NL since 2021. I have a very nice berth for the boat in Lelystad on the IJsselmeer, which has already been paid for up to spring 2024 and can be taken over by the buyer.
The berth has a side bridge and well-kept sanitary facilities not far away (see pictures from 2021).

Inboard Diesel Farymann type L30M approx. 6kW / 8 HP
Farymann engines are made in Germany and are known for their reliability and robustness.
The 8 hp may sound like little, but they are enough for the boat. Marching speed approx. 4-5 knots, 6 knots possible as top speed.
However, the engine was always treated gently by me.

It is a stable boat designed and built in the Netherlands for the inland seas there (e.g. IJsselmeer).
The quality of the workmanship is very high, it was built in the high quality hand-laid fibre glass process. The high proportion of ballast of around 800kg (corresponds to around 50% of the total weight) ensures stability and safety.
Of course, with a 1978 boat like this, there are a few things to take care of. In general, however, the boat would be technically ready to sail. I had the engine serviced every year.
Since it has been on land for a year now, it would also need a little care (wash thoroughly and polish if necessary). Antifouling should be renewed. The most recent pictures I currently have are from October 22.
I am selling the boat as is. Due to time constraints, no test drive is possible, but I can therefore accommodate something with the price.
However, I will of course provide information about the defects known to me to the best of my knowledge. Again, the boat is afaik technically ready for use, no soft spots on the hull.
I'm selling it to keep it that way. Unfortunately I don't have the time myself.
