Risk management and acceptation.Risk analyses en evaluation: HAZOP, HAZID, WHAT-IF, SIL, LOPA, FMEA.Barrier Based Risk Management: BOWTIE.Case studies: HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, BOWTIE.Process Safety Management (PSM).Rules and regulation: Seveso, BRZO, ARIE, Arbowet, REACH.PGS, ATEX, PED, ISO, OHSAS, NTA etc.Risico en Process Safety Management.Essential PSM elements.Process safety management approach.Incident investigation: TRIPOD Beta.Case studies: improvements in PSM systems, TRIPOD.
Functie-eisen
Bachelor educational level.Min. 3 years experience.Good knogledge of English language spoken and written, preferably also Dutch.Good communication skills.Safety certificate.
