Wat doe je als Receivable Specialist?
For the role of Receivable Specialist it is important to have a good insight in your customers portfolio and payment behaviors. It is critical to build up a good connection with your customers as well as your internal stakeholders in Invoice to Cash, Customer Service and our Commercial and Financial teams, to be able to tackle any incoming issue or query in a timely, constructive, and effective manner. You don't step away from a problem, but you show to be independent and proactive to ensure the best customer experience. Together with your communication skills in German and English, you'll be able to understand our customer's needs, as well as ensure invoices are issued and processed timely and correctly.


Wat kun je?
As a Receivable Specialist, you will complete the following tasks:
Responsible for being customer A/R main point of contactLeads near due and past due collection activitiesInfluences customer payment behavioursIn depth customer account knowledgeActive member of account teamsLeads A/R improvement projects specific to customer account activitiesFocal points for ECC product testingManages account reconciliation including but not limited to offsets, and sales adjustmentsInvestigates and resolving discrepanciesResolves credit blocksProcesses returnsCollaborates with CFS, business partners and other I2C teams including escalation.Utilizes payment receipt and handling work processesAdditional activities, including but not limited to tax certificate updates, web portal review and update, document retrieval, and customer contact information updates.
To do so, you must meet the following requirements:
Fluent in English and ItalianMBO4 diploma minimum (preferrably in the direction of finance)Ideally have some occupational experience with customer contact

Relocation is supported (International Hiring)Currently we are working in a hybrid model, which is a combination of working from office and home, focusing on a balanced work-life situation for our employees.

Wat krijg je?
We offer a long term position of 40 hours, where you get the opportunity to develop yourself in the field. You will receive a competitive salary, which is based on your CV. In addition, commuting costs are reimbursed at €0.19 per kilometer (max. 75 kilometers one way) and, if applicable, you will be reimbursed for the Westerscheldetunnel passages at a T-tag rate. You have to purchase the T-tag yourself.

Due to Covid we are currently working from home. Only on your first working day do you come to the office for an introduction and to pick up your laptop. As soon as the offices are open again, you are expected to work from the office.
