As a Moxy & Residence Inn Sales & Revenue Trainee you will be part of our back of house Sales & Revenue team responsible for optimizing revenues in our hotels by and booking our Rooms, Suites and Meeting Rooms!

You know better than anyone else that a smile can also be heard by phone or e-mail! For our two brand new hotels you are the go-to-person for everything they want to know about our hotels and our meetings rooms but also about the surrounding area! You know it all, no question is you crazy enough! Your eye for detail and excellent communication skills ensure that everything is taken care of for our Maximizers and Fun Hunters!

For our two hotels you will perform general office duties to support our Sales & Revenue departments such as preparing sales & revenue related documents and reports, putting reservations into the system, updating event calendars, preparing banquet event orders and hold site inspections. You are a commercial thinker and can use your sales techniques everywhere to maximize revenues while providing outrageous service! You always strive to convert every piece of business and always follow up after sending out an offer or after an event as you want the guest's feedback. You are a true team player and are more than happy to help at the Front Office by assisting them in preparing the VIP arrivals, room allocations and support with check-in/out during peak times and assisting the M&E department operationally.

Job Requirements
You are fluent in English and preferably have knowledge of Opera & Marsha. On top of that you are the following :A great communicatorAnalyticalNot afraid to approach strangersPositive and can-do attitudePro-active and an initiative taker
