For a company that develops, sells and produces equipment for the maritime industry, we are looking for a sales application engineer EGC in Nijmegen. Do you love to travel for your work and do you have a technical bachelor or master degree? Then is the the perfect job for you!
You are the technical specialist within the sales department and actively participates in the sales process. In cooperation with the sales engineer, you go through all the phases of the sales process.
Your future job:
Responsible for the right price structureSupport sales engineers by making specifications and tenders for costumersMake P&ID's and parts lists for special offersIn direct contact with the customer about possible solutions on board of the ship. Visiting ships is part of the jobResponsible for choosing the best technical solution for the customerResponsible for the right cost determination and is in cooperation with the sales engineer responsible for a good handover from order to productionBesides supporting the sales department, you also work together with R&D and the production organization to come to a proposal to product improvements
Functie-eisen
Technical bachelor or Master degree (BSc, BEng, MSc, MEng)At least 3 years of relevant working experienceHave the technical knowledge needed in the sales departmentExcellent knowledge of written and spoken EnglishYou are willing to travel international ( 30% travelling of working time)
