The phone has hardly been used, still in box and is in almost new condition. I purchased it last December but in January I recieved a similar phone from my workplace. So, it has since sat in my office unused. I purchased it on sale 'off the shelf', so there are some minor surface level scratches on the metal exterior, as seen in one of the photos. Otherwise, it is like new. I have included a plastic protective.
