The server had a defective HDD bay that was causing it not to turn on. The bay has been removed a couple of years ago and has been used like this since! Also, that issue also caused the intelligent provisioning flash chip to die. Therefore, you don't have access to that either.
It has been used with 1000w power supplies, running proxmox, 4x GPUs, and it has been connected to a SAN for VM storage! Now it comes with no GPUs, 470w PSUs, 2x4GB DDR3, and 2x E5-2609.
Everything else is fully working! The faulty bay is not present anymore!
