Functieomschrijving
As Team Lead E&A you will be responsible for amongst others:Lead and coach an engineering team.Coaching the Electrical & Automation engineering team to work according to internal standards.Communicate with Project manager engineering, other internal stakeholders like purchasing department for offers, subcontractors, vendors.Lead requirement and systems engineering and review documents like specifications, drawings, plans.Responsible (partially) for quality of delivered work, hours, costs, planning.Make report for progressStandardisation of engineering and work processesHave a role in commissioning activities.Ensure full compliance to applicable requirements and specifications imposed by class and customer.
Functie-eisen
Skills & experienceBachelor degree in preferably Electrical Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.Min. 5years experience preferably within maritime industry.Experience in leading a team, large projects and technical challenging environment.Experience in working with and manage third-party vendors and subcontractors.Good coaching and leadership skills.Excellent in Dutch and English language (written and verbal) German is preferred.A pre-employment security screening is a standard part of the recruitment procedure.Candidates must have EU nationality (longterm)
