There is little point in having a TDi upgrade or similar on your T3 if you are running on a stock gear-box. If you've done your engine, you will already know that the original VW gears don't feel right, because the new breed of TD's & the higher powered petrol engines need different gearing ratios. You have the power, so you don't want too high revolutions on your motor.

4.86, 4.57 or 4.10 final drive ratio with fitth gears revised to give even higher results for the right engine. 0.74, .0.69 etc....... (Weddle Industries, USA).
We can give you 'all' the advise (free) and then build this box according to your exact needs.
