Mid-Market Account Manager Role

As a Mid-Market Specialist, you will manage a book of medium-sized business, assisting in the optimization and scaling of digital advertising campaigns. You will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to our clients, while making a larger impact on society.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Prioritize goals of growing revenue and product adoptionsRetain book of clients + identify growth opportunities for existing / new ad accountsProvide platform knowledge and recommendations around ad types, creative best practices, audience definition, bidding and overall strategic approachAssist with product and tool support to improve client experienceMaintain quarterly sales quotaCollaborate cross-functionally with Ad Ops and Support teamsDevelop and present advertising media plans for current and prospective clients

What do we ask from you?

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent1-2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing Sales / Account Management / Social Media German (native / near native = mandatory) & English proficiencyExperience with CRM software for office productivityHighly proficient level computer skills including Google Suite
