Hi, we have run out of space...
This is ‘Berkel’ our beautiful English rowing skiff
Built 1930 all wood
With nice oars and adjustable sliding seat
The boat is 6m long and 2 (slim) passengers can fit on the lovely romantic back seat. (So one is better!)
The boat is very light and can easily be moved by two people.
We used her last summer and people love to see these old boats on the river
To use her this summer she need a coat of varnish
I hope we can find a new owner.
I’m told to build one new today would cost over €10
