This Sigma 38mm Throttle Body is designed to be used in applications where a conventional 42mm Throttle Body would be too large for the required mass air flow and helps to maintain your flow velocity resulting in an increase in volumetric efficiency. This is a direct mounting to the cylinder head so no additional manifold is required.

The system is used by Paul Collingwood on his Sylva R1ot kit car, mated to a gas flowed head, aftermarket cams and controlled by an Emerald ECU. His engine produces an impressive 191.4bhp at 7900rpm. Click on the image options to see his Dyno Results.

All AT Power Throttle Bodies are made from highly attractive billet machined aluminium housings. The Throttle Body assembly includes Billet Fuel Rail, Complete Stainless Steel Linkage fully assembled to the throttles as standard, Universal TPS output shaft and a range of TPS adaptor plates. They are shipped fully assembled and ready to fit straight to the engine. The Throttle Body is factory balanced and calibrated to a set idle condition.
