Marketing Communications Specialist (fulltime, 40 hours a week)

The Marketing Communications Department in Maastricht is responsible for planning, coordinating and managing digital and traditional marketing communication activities, projects and programs to support the EMEA Sales and Marketing Teams in achieving their objectives.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, service-oriented and well-organised Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team.

As the Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Providing general support to the Marketing Communications Manager, including internal and external communications, creation and distribution of marketing collaterals, collection and analysis of marketing dataProactively find stories, trends, product and company developments and bring them to life through earned and owned media to drive our key messagingPlan and execute integrated digital and traditional marketing, online and display advertising campaignsClosely monitor the performance of the campaigns for the various product categories and regionsDrive revenue, meet targeted ROI and maintain positive KPI trends

Desired Skills and Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience with Marketing Communications (working experience in Medical Device sector is a plus)Digital marketing experience is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to work within a global matrix organizationPositive, flexible and hands-on attitudeStrong team player, service-oriented and keen to create synergyHighly organized with proven time management and prioritization skillsAbility to handle the pressure of short deadlines in a fast-paced environmentHigh sense of responsibility and ownership.
