Job Description

The inspiration starts with you. As Rooms Division Manager, you will be the one motivating our people and making it all come together smoothly. Creating the magical atmosphere that is unmistakably art'otel.

Your responsibilities


You will be leading the Rooms Division, consisting of Front Office, Guest Relations and Concierge. You will create synergy between Housekeeping, Technical Services and Front of House, in great collaboration with the respective HODs.
We want you to continue strengthening our guest-focused culture throughout the operation. It will be important to develop your team and giving them increasing accountability for guest satisfaction and personalised service.
You will create an environment of inclusiveness amongst the teams, where everyone can show their true colours.
You will work closely with leaders in other departments to keep operations running smoothly and to ensure our guest experience is co-ordinated and feels seamless and in line with our commercial goals.
You will also play a direct role in the overall management of the Hotel and will be the General Managers right hand.
You will manage and drive cost efficiency in the rooms division department.

You build great confidence with at least 5 years of experience in a senior management role in the hospitality industry.
You're an expert in communicating both in Dutch and English.
You master the Property Management Systems (Opera would be amazing)
