At Mora in Maastricht, almost 400 employees are currently employed directly, along with approximately 100 temporary workers. Mora is thus the largest production location among all sites, operating in 4 production halls.
Functieomschrijving
As an operator at Mora, part of Van Geloven, you'll collaborate with colleagues to produce the most delicious snacks. Your responsibilities include overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of the entire machinery. Your tasks may involve:
Mixing, blending, and preparing ingredients according to recipesSetting up, operating, and adjusting production linesTaking a lead role in continuous improvement initiatives, such as 5SIndependently resolving 1st line issues, collaborating with the Technical Department when neededPerforming minor preventive maintenanceScheduling technical maintenanceCleaning production lines and machineryRecording production dataSupervising the zone and colleaguesIdentifying and reporting deviationsTraining colleaguesSubstituting for the assistant team leader when necessary
